There’s really no secret to dieting.

I don’t get why they write books on dieting. Eat right and exercise. It’s very understandable that some people can’t lose weight due to health problems, but if you want to lose weight, you do not have to break some code in order to figure it out. Reading a big fat book is just going to slow you down. I know they say every thing you eat is bad for you but just have those sugar treats once in a while. I went on a diet once when I was sick. I cut out pop (thats Pepsi) and only ate fruit and vegetables. I hardly ever drink pop anyone. It’s just sugar water! Even Steve Jobs called it sugar water! How can you drink so much of that? 2 liters of Pepsi or Coke a day? Drink water. You’ll get used to it. I did and it’s mostly all I drink besides whiskey.
